Coney Island Cousins (2025)
Plot: Valeriya, an overworked Russian nurse, travels to Coney Island to reunite with her estranged cousin Yulia, an aspiring actress and stand-up comic. Their long-awaited night out takes a dark and surreal turn when they end up at the apartment of Max, a wealthy businessman, who suddenly dies of a drug overdose. Instead of calling the police, the two cousins discover Max’s laptop containing access to his massive fortune. Desperate for a better life, they decide to steal his money and ignore the body, spending the night drinking and planning their new future. However, their scheme is quickly jeopardized by the arrival of Max’s suspicious mistress and the complications of their own fractured personal lives.
