Desert Justice (1960)
Plot: Dave Walker, a trusted Ponderosa ranch hand, is suddenly arrested by a brutal U.S. Marshal named Emmett Dowd, who claims Dave is a wanted murderer from California. Ben Cartwright’s sons, Adam and Hoss, are skeptical of the Marshal’s aggressive behavior and decide to accompany them on the long trek across the desert to ensure Dave reaches his trial safely. During the grueling journey, the brothers begin to suspect that the Marshal’s motives are not rooted in justice, but in a personal vendetta. As tensions boil over under the desert sun, the Cartwrights must figure out who is telling the truth before an innocent man is executed in the wilderness.
