Plot: Two rival press agents, Jo Allen and Jimmy Maxwell, are hired by two twin cities in Texas, Bradfield and Hempstead, to promote their competing centennial expositions. Jo Allen goes undercover, pretending to be a schoolteacher named Judy, to befriend Jimmy and learn his plans, including his decision to stage a prizefight for his opening. Jo's plan backfires when she begins to develop genuine feelings for Jimmy, but not before she brings in a famous Broadway showman to try and outdo his efforts, leading to comical complications.
