High and Dizzy 1920
Plot: A young doctor who is struggling to find patients gets drunk on homemade liquor with a friend. In his intoxicated state, he stumbles into a hotel where his sleepwalking patient is also staying. The film culminates in a classic Harold Lloyd "thrill comedy" sequence where he is high on a ledge, trying to save the sleepwalking woman.
