The Outer Gate (1937)
Plot: Bob Terry is an employee of John Borden and harbors romantic feelings for Borden's daughter, Lois. His life is shattered when he is framed and wrongly accused of embezzlement (stealing), leading to his imprisonment. After he is released, he orchestrates a meticulous revenge plot against the people who unjustly sent him to prison.
