The Perfect House (2012)
Plot: This horror anthology centers on a young couple, Mike and Marisol, who are being shown a suburban dream home by an overtly seductive real estate agent. As they tour the property, the house's dark history is revealed through three distinct stories of previous inhabitants:
The Storm: Set in the cellar during a violent storm, a dysfunctional family’s long-buried secrets and resentment boil over into a series of "Hitchcockian" suspense-driven murders.
Chic-ken: A brutal 1980s-style slasher segment featuring serial killer John Doesy, who keeps a woman caged in the basement as his "muse" while he tortively executes new victims.
Dinner Guest: A disgruntled neighbor takes a spoiled, affluent family hostage during a dinner party, enacting a sadistic and bloody revenge after a borrowed weed whacker goes unreturned.
