Mr. Imperium 1951
Plot: A European prince, disguised as a man named Mr. Imperium, uses a ruse to meet and fall in love with an American entertainer, Frederica Brown. Their romance is cut short when the prince must return to his country due to his father's illness. His prime minister, who disapproves of the relationship, leads Frederica to believe the prince has abandoned her. Twelve years later, Frederica is a movie star, and the prince, now a king, travels to America to find her and explain what happened, hoping to rekindle their romance.
