Penumbra (2011)
Plot: Marga, an arrogant, high-powered Spanish corporate woman temporarily in Buenos Aires, is rushing to rent out a dilapidated apartment her family owns. She is contacted by a mysterious realtor, Jorge, who claims to have a wealthy client, Mr. Salva, willing to pay four times the asking price, but the paperwork must be completed immediately. Despite her growing suspicion and distaste for the neighborhood and its locals—and an escalating series of strange occurrences—Marga agrees to wait for the client. As the day progresses and a rare total solar eclipse is about to occur, Jorge's increasingly peculiar "associates" begin to arrive at the apartment. Marga slowly realizes that she has been lured into a trap and that the people who surround her are part of a sun-worshipping cult planning to use her and the apartment for a bizarre ritual connected to the eclipse.
