Set 25 years after the original "Slime City" events, a deadly sludge outbreak has decimated New York City, turning it into a desolate wasteland. Survivors are confined to a few remaining safe zones. However, four desperate individuals venture into the quarantined "Slime City" in search of a hidden stash of gold. They soon discover that the radioactive slime has mutated, creating grotesque, flesh-eating monsters and transforming the city into a gory, oozing nightmare where the few remaining inhabitants are still turning into slime-covered killers.
